CB ELITE ESSEX

Saracens RFC are the base for the England Rugby Regional Academy in Essex.  As part of the Academy process, each County will be holding its own Elite Player Development Group ( EPDG) which consists of the best 10 players from several age groups training together.  In Essex, we are running 2 EPDG, a Junior (Under 14/15) and a Senior ( Under 16-U18)

The sessions will be coached by Matt Davies (RDO for Essex), along with Mike Hynard the Saracens Academy Manager and Mark Mapletoft the Assistant Academy Manager  There will also be a guest coach at each session as well as specific skills sessions - such as scrummaging, kicking where we will invite players from the first team squad at Saracens to deliver on aspects of the game.

These sessions will also be open to County and Club coaches who may wish to come along and develop their own coaching skills
