Notes: - All matches kick off at 2.15 p.m.

- All other matches to kick off at 2.15 p.m.

- The home team will organise the match, match officials (through its County Union) and hospitality in accordance with our jointly agreed arrangements;

- Both teams shall complete and sign the RFU Match Report Form and the home county shall fax to RFU Operations Department (Fax 0208-892-4446) within 24 hours of the match;

- The home county shall notify the match result to 1st XV sport (Tel: 0870-741-5117) not later than 5.00 p.m. on the match day and email or phone Malcolm Miles a.s.a.p.

- Selection for the London SE and Army Squad will take place on completion of the fixtures.

Re: Essex Under 20 player nomination

I am writing, as Essex’s Under 20’s manager, to request that you nominate any eligible player(s) at your club, whom you believe has the quality to play for the county. To be eligible the player must be:

Under the age of 20 and over the age of 17 (18 if front row) on the 1^st January 2006
Eligible to play for England (with exception of servicemen)
